our first car buying experience

Anthony and I bought our first car about 2 weeks ago and we took back our first car yesterday! we started looking at cars awhile back and we rushed into a purchase which was our fault, we are first time buyers and we totally let them take advantage of us, however does that justify the fact that they took advantage of us? i dont think so! long story short it was a horrible experience we were lied to talked down to and ignored and they were good salesmen because they pushed us into a corner till we had no where to go. I could go on and on about all the specifics but im just so worn out with the whole thing i dont even want to get into it so to make a long story short our first car buying experience was completely horrible! however two days ago we were at the dealership bringing the car into get redetailed and checked up and our salesman Paul got me to sign papers that he told me were just because he got our payments lowered through the bank. I asked over and over to make sure that was all i was signing well he lied to me and that wasnt all that i was signing and luckily there was another guy in the room that witnessed me asking and witnessed him lying to me. so because he lied to me we got out of the car purchase, we took the car back and we got our check back!!
so FYI if you ever go through Hertz for a car, i would recommend that you dont but if you do, make sure you ask for DON he was the only one there that was nice that was helpful and that truly wanted to make us happy everyone else was rude and lied about everything they said!
it was our first time and we didnt know what to expect and we didnt know how to handle the situation so even though it was a bad experience we are definately more prepared now.
